Eventually, John’s experience within the field of independent medical examinations landed a position overseeing clinical quality control with the nation’s largest provider of Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), ExamWorks. However, the asymmetry of resources between wealthy self-insured employers, and their injured blue-collar employees was never fully ameliorated despite all of the fraudulent claims he helped to end. When a position at Babin Law, LLC offered the opportunity to use his skillset to find information pertaining to defective hernia mesh products, John jumped at the chance to be fighting for victims.
John presently works in Babin Law’s product liability/mass tort department alongside attorneys Syreeta Poindexter, Kristina Aiad-Toss, and fellow paralegal Felicia Maskew. In his personal time, John enjoys playing music with his assorted bands and visiting his brother in Seattle, his mother in Washington, DC, and his uncle in Houston.
